While our focus is on creating new hospitality concepts, we consult and maintain relations with the existing hospitality industry. Pesca is a hospitality concept that highlights guest participation. The popularity of fish is increasing as more people are becoming aware of the benefits of healthy eating. But there are also high levels of frustration. Where can you find good quality fish at a sustainable price in an enticing environment? It was time for a change! Pesca wants to make eating fish accessible to everybody. Out with the old and in with the new. No set menus or white linen. Pesca is all about the experience at our fish market where you get to create your own menu.
Pesca is funded and founded by Pescatarians. Ambassadors who have made the creation and continued growth of Pesca possible by funding our crowdfunding campaigns. Our first campaign in 2016 was repaid earlier and the last campaign from July 2018 set a new national record. We are proud to see that there are so many people who believe in our mission and want to be a part of it. Pesca is growing, and it’s growing on a national and international level. This growth creates opportunities to grow internally. It is entirely up to you, can you handle rapid growth?
Not long ago we announced our first project in Eindhoven. As we mentioned we will start renovations in winter, but honestly, we couldn’t wait any longer and wanted to give Eindhoven a taste of what they can expect later on.
For this reason, we decided to create a pop-up concept to act as a buffer and sneak peak of what is yet to come. Say hi to Stadsoase de Pop-up bar.
We at Younique Concepts are beyond thrilled to announce our latest project: Selva - this restaurant will be located on the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI. Our team is incredibly proud to be partnering up with NH Hotel Group, part of Minor Hotels, for this exciting new venture. We’re looking forward to be working closely with the team of nhow Amsterdam RAI to bring this unique concept to life. The (Assistant) Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, you'll oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The (Assistant) Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager.
