Job description

We’re looking for an inspiring leader, able to motivate team members in achieving realistic goals. As a solution-driven creative thinker with an eye for the bigger picture, you are a superhero in every sense of the word. You are always one step ahead in undefined situations and you can plan according to frequently changing scenarios. Giving up does not exist in your vocabulary. With your calm and confident approach, you can assure all stakeholders in a Management Team or opening process are at ease and feel comfortable with you, in the lead of your key focus points.

  • Managing the operational roll-out of new concepts, from development to pre-opening and soft opening
  • Advise development during zoning and design process on all operational aspects
  • Project management and coordination with all internal stakeholders to deliver a flawless product
  • Control operational pre-opening budget and tender management
  • Ensure all operational licences are in place
  • Support on procurement on fixed furniture and equipment, operating supplies and equipment and manage in time delivery
  • Develop and update blueprint project plan for future roll outs
  • Ensure F&B concepts maintain brand compliance through pre-opening audits and action planning process
  • Scope, recruit, lead manage the on site team. First half year all hands-on (minimum)


Requirement 

  • Minimum level of education bachelor
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in F&B management
  • Specific knowledge and experience in opening experiences with travel, community and other affiliated commercial activities
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience and knowledge within project management: agile, lean and critical path methods
  • HACCP certified

  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant service standards.

  • Strong knowledge of wine and food according to market standards
